The Noble Qur'an » Al-Insan ( Man ) - الإنسان
هَلْ أَتَىٰ عَلَى الْإِنسَانِ حِینٌ مِّنَ الدَّهْرِ لَمْ یَکُن شَیْئًا مَّذْکُورًا الإنسان [1]
Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned? Al-Insan ( Man ) [1]
إِنَّا خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن نُّطْفَهٍ أَمْشَاجٍ نَّبْتَلِیهِ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ سَمِیعًا بَصِیرًا الإنسان [2]
Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him hearing and seeing. Al-Insan ( Man ) [2]
إِنَّا هَدَیْنَاهُ السَّبِیلَ إِمَّا شَاکِرًا وَإِمَّا کَفُورًا الإنسان [3]
Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful. Al-Insan ( Man ) [3]
إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْکَافِرِینَ سَلَاسِلَ وَأَغْلَالًا وَسَعِیرًا الإنسان [4]
Indeed, We have prepared for the disbelievers chains and shackles and a blaze. Al-Insan ( Man ) [4]
إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ یَشْرَبُونَ مِن کَأْسٍ کَانَ مِزَاجُهَا کَافُورًا الإنسان [5]
Indeed, the righteous will drink from a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of Kafur, Al-Insan ( Man ) [5]
عَیْنًا یَشْرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ اللَّهِ یُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفْجِیرًا الإنسان [6]
A spring of which the [righteous] servants of Allah will drink; they will make it gush forth in force [and abundance]. Al-Insan ( Man ) [6]
یُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَیَخَافُونَ یَوْمًا کَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِیرًا الإنسان [7]
They [are those who] fulfill [their] vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread. Al-Insan ( Man ) [7]
وَیُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ مِسْکِینًا وَیَتِیمًا وَأَسِیرًا الإنسان [8]
And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, Al-Insan ( Man ) [8]
إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُکُمْ لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ لَا نُرِیدُ مِنکُمْ جَزَاءً وَلَا شُکُورًا الإنسان [9]
[Saying], "We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude. Al-Insan ( Man ) [9]
إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِن رَّبِّنَا یَوْمًا عَبُوسًا قَمْطَرِیرًا الإنسان [10]
Indeed, We fear from our Lord a Day austere and distressful." Al-Insan ( Man ) [10]
فَوَقَاهُمُ اللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِکَ الْیَوْمِ وَلَقَّاهُمْ نَضْرَهً وَسُرُورًا الإنسان [11]
So Allah will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness Al-Insan ( Man ) [11]
وَجَزَاهُم بِمَا صَبَرُوا جَنَّهً وَحَرِیرًا الإنسان [12]
And will reward them for what they patiently endured [with] a garden [in Paradise] and silk [garments]. Al-Insan ( Man ) [12]
مُّتَّکِئِینَ فِیهَا عَلَى الْأَرَائِکِ ۖ لَا یَرَوْنَ فِیهَا شَمْسًا وَلَا زَمْهَرِیرًا الإنسان [13]
[They will be] reclining therein on adorned couches. They will not see therein any [burning] sun or [freezing] cold. Al-Insan ( Man ) [13]
وَدَانِیَهً عَلَیْهِمْ ظِلَالُهَا وَذُلِّلَتْ قُطُوفُهَا تَذْلِیلًا الإنسان [14]
And near above them are its shades, and its [fruit] to be picked will be lowered in compliance. Al-Insan ( Man ) [14]
وَیُطَافُ عَلَیْهِم بِآنِیَهٍ مِّن فِضَّهٍ وَأَکْوَابٍ کَانَتْ قَوَارِیرَا الإنسان [15]
And there will be circulated among them vessels of silver and cups having been [created] clear [as glass], Al-Insan ( Man ) [15]
قَوَارِیرَ مِن فِضَّهٍ قَدَّرُوهَا تَقْدِیرًا الإنسان [16]
Clear glasses [made] from silver of which they have determined the measure. Al-Insan ( Man ) [16]
وَیُسْقَوْنَ فِیهَا کَأْسًا کَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنجَبِیلًا الإنسان [17]
And they will be given to drink a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of ginger Al-Insan ( Man ) [17]
عَیْنًا فِیهَا تُسَمَّىٰ سَلْسَبِیلًا الإنسان [18]
[From] a fountain within Paradise named Salsabeel. Al-Insan ( Man ) [18]
وَیَطُوفُ عَلَیْهِمْ وِلْدَانٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ إِذَا رَأَیْتَهُمْ حَسِبْتَهُمْ لُؤْلُؤًا مَّنثُورًا الإنسان [19]
There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them [as beautiful as] scattered pearls. Al-Insan ( Man ) [19]
وَإِذَا رَأَیْتَ ثَمَّ رَأَیْتَ نَعِیمًا وَمُلْکًا کَبِیرًا الإنسان [20]
And when you look there [in Paradise], you will see pleasure and great dominion. Al-Insan ( Man ) [20]
عَالِیَهُمْ ثِیَابُ سُندُسٍ خُضْرٌ وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌ ۖ وَحُلُّوا أَسَاوِرَ مِن فِضَّهٍ وَسَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ شَرَابًا طَهُورًا الإنسان [21]
Upon the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink. Al-Insan ( Man ) [21]
إِنَّ هَٰذَا کَانَ لَکُمْ جَزَاءً وَکَانَ سَعْیُکُم مَّشْکُورًا الإنسان [22]
[And it will be said], "Indeed, this is for you a reward, and your effort has been appreciated." Al-Insan ( Man ) [22]
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَیْکَ الْقُرْآنَ تَنزِیلًا الإنسان [23]
Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. Al-Insan ( Man ) [23]
فَاصْبِرْ لِحُکْمِ رَبِّکَ وَلَا تُطِعْ مِنْهُمْ آثِمًا أَوْ کَفُورًا الإنسان [24]
So be patient for the decision of your Lord and do not obey from among them a sinner or ungrateful [disbeliever]. Al-Insan ( Man ) [24]
وَاذْکُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ بُکْرَهً وَأَصِیلًا الإنسان [25]
And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening Al-Insan ( Man ) [25]
وَمِنَ اللَّیْلِ فَاسْجُدْ لَهُ وَسَبِّحْهُ لَیْلًا طَوِیلًا الإنسان [26]
And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night. Al-Insan ( Man ) [26]
إِنَّ هَٰؤُلَاءِ یُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَهَ وَیَذَرُونَ وَرَاءَهُمْ یَوْمًا ثَقِیلًا الإنسان [27]
Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. Al-Insan ( Man ) [27]
نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَاهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَا أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَا أَمْثَالَهُمْ تَبْدِیلًا الإنسان [28]
We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration. Al-Insan ( Man ) [28]
إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ تَذْکِرَهٌ ۖ فَمَن شَاءَ اتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِیلًا الإنسان [29]
Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. Al-Insan ( Man ) [29]
وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَن یَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ کَانَ عَلِیمًا حَکِیمًا الإنسان [30]
And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. Al-Insan ( Man ) [30]
یُدْخِلُ مَن یَشَاءُ فِی رَحْمَتِهِ ۚ وَالظَّالِمِینَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِیمًا الإنسان [31]
He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment. Al-Insan ( Man ) [31]
